Right-to-Know Law Act 3 of 2008, the New Open Records Law
It is the intent of Mount Pleasant Township to make its public records available to the public in the most convenient and efficient manner possible. The Township recognizes the requirements of Act 3 of 2008, the new Open Records Law and will meet the obligations of that Act fully.
