“We are sorry to say that the recycle containers at the municipal building are being removed due to the continuous contamination of the containers. This is the mess someone left for us today. The containers were for recyclables only; however, people were dumping their contaminated garbage in these containers continuously, the actual recyclables then could not be recycled due to contamination and the township was charged $536.00 each time this occurred. We apologize to those of you who used these containers to do your part for the environment.”
